1. Who is responsible

This support system is operated by the DolphinSMP team. For any question about your data, please open a ticket under the "Privacy & Data" category on this website - that's the fastest and most reliable way to reach us about privacy matters.

2. What data we process

When you submit a support ticket, staff application, or bug report, we process:

3. Why we process this data

Solely to handle your request - for example to review a punishment appeal, fix a reported bug, or evaluate a staff application - and to stay in contact with you about it.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a functioning support and moderation system (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where applicable, on performing our end of the community/service relationship with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

Tickets are kept as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record for consistency in future decisions (for example, previous ban appeals). You can request deletion at any time via a "Privacy & Data" ticket.

6. Where your data is stored

Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, with Cloudflare, Inc. acting as our data processor. Access to the staff panel is restricted to individual, password-protected accounts held only by selected team members.

7. Local storage in your browser

So you can find your own tickets again later, this site additionally saves the ticket ID and access code of tickets you create locally in your browser (localStorage). This data does not automatically leave your device and is not sent to us - it only powers the "My tickets" overview on that device. On a different device, you'll need to enter your ticket link or access code manually ("Track ticket").

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, open a "Privacy & Data" ticket. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

9. Contact

For any request regarding your data, please use the "Privacy & Data" category when opening a ticket on this site.
